What the Magic proved in this game is that they can barely beat a Celtics team with 2 very key starters out and 3 key subs out as well. I think if Doc had started Eddie instead of Marbury, we may have even won it. Marbury just isn't ready to start. He doesn't know the plays well enough to get guys the ball where they need it to score. Hopefully by playoffs, he will be ready to be a big help, but with just 2 practices and under 2 weeks with the team, he just isn't ready. With Eddie running the team we made that big comeback.
I don't think he is washed up. He came into the season in the best shape of his career. He was great in the preseason. You have to expect some rust after not playing for a year. Add that to the fact that he has only been with the team for less than 2 weeks and has only had 2 actual practices and you can't expect him to be able to make a difference immediately. Give him a couple of weeks and he will be fine.

I hope you are right on marbury and think you are right.
Another possibility is that he's washed up.
I don't think that's the case, but it could be.
