Can Mark Acres make the team?

Thus far, the 6-foot-10-inch free agent signee from Europe has played aggressively and reasonably well. He's nothing special, but he does have a nice well-rounded game. If he does make the team, he would appear to be the man eventually released to make room for Kevin McHale.

Now, should Acres not warrant retention, this would open a spot for Darren Daye, Conner Henry, or Rick Carlisle to hang on.
