I Doubt Thibs is Encouraged by this Trend

After holding the Detroit Pistons to a field goal percentage of .347 in game 7, the Boston Celtics defense has trailed off.

Denver .488
Atlanta .456
Toronto .429

Holding opponents under 37%, on average, during the first seven games, the Celtics are now allowing opponents to score on 46% of their field goals in the last three games, on average. If it wasn't for fifteen offensive rebounds and an hold-your-breath game winner from Pierce against Atlanta, the Green would be heading into Milwaukee hoping that their losing skid didn't hit three.
