But Rajon Rondo rose to the occasion against Deron Williams. After appearing lethargic, jet-lagged, and even a little intimidated against the NBA's best point guard on Saturday night, Rondo returned to his former self last night against Utah.
If you didn't see the game, the box score speaks for itself, and if you did see the game, the box score just serves as evidence of another memorable performance by Number 9. Memorable performances against the league's best, along with consistency, is what makes you an All-Star first, and All-NBA later.
It's called adding bricks to the wall.
