A Look at the Birdman

With Celtics expressing interest in various available big men, I thought it would be worth a look to see how Chris Andersen is doing, since Danny had a shot at him last summer, and went with Patrick O'Bryant instead.

Three straight games with four blocks. Not too shabby.

I think Danny made a big mistake not signing Anderson. I know it was a money thing but the difference in money would have been worth it for what he brought.

Was it money?

I never heard that definitively.

I remember hearing that Danny offered one year at the min and Anderson wanted a little more. I forget if it was more years or more money.

Ah. That could be. I'll have to look it up, if I can.
