My Favorite Thing

about the win was the fan who stood behind Paul Pierce during the post-game interview. All decked out in a purple Kareem Abdul-Jabbar jersey and a bright yellow letterman jacket, the dude came ready to party.

You know, talk some smack.

"Ain't so bad. Ain't so bad. You Celtics ain't so bad. Go back to Boston and get ready to get your arses handed to you on Christmas, cuz, guess what. You and the Lakers are now tied for the best record in the NBA."

But, alas, the dude had to bite his tongue.

Even in a game touted by the media as Rivalry Renewed for Atlanta and Boston, we're never too far removed from Celtics-Lakers.

That would have been funny had it actually been a laker.

Still funny their fans are going to celtics games in hopes of celebrating a loss!
