The Lakers and Celtics play Thursday at Staples Center, a game that seemed to decrease in impact after two consecutive Lakers losses in Florida. But almost out of nowhere, the Lakers returned to the harassing, haranguing, defense-minded team that lingered near the top of every defensive category through November. "I like the way we came out of this road trip," Coach Phil Jackson said. "I didn't like the way we started it -- we weren't ready -- but we ended it pretty good."
Or, as Lamar Odom said: "We can play, man."
Against the Hornets you can play, Lamar.

Even if the Lakers win tomorrow I still won't be that concerned. I don't think LA can win in Boston and we should finish with a better record than LA.
I am much more worried about the Cavs than I am the Lakers.
The Cavs look very good.
But tomorrow's game is as good as it gets!
The nba at it's core is Lakers-Celtics, and tomorrow they play each other.
What more could anyone ask for??!!
I don't want to lose.
The green know how much this means to the Lakers psyche.
The green know lakers-celtics history.
Therefore, the green know they need a win.
