That's what the clock said when the Celtics took an 81-79 lead against the Lakers in the fourth quarter at Staples.
Thereafter, the purple made 6 two-point baskets, the green made one. The Lakers didn't miss a shot during the final four minutes, the Celtics missed six of seven, including two that were blocked by Kerpau (who also made four of the six Lakers' baskets).
More interesting, of those seven shots we took, none was from closer than 23 feet, even though for three of the game's final four minutes no more than four points separated the two teams. Four of the Lakers final six hoops were from 15 feet or less, including two layups.
I know some of you have come up with one excuse or rationalization for the Christmas-Day Defeat. The bottom line is the Lakers executed when it counted, we didn't. The Lakers got stops when it counted, we didn't.

It didn't help that the dastardly Laker thugs purposely hit Perk's shoulder to take him out. Without Perk inside, our interior defense is not near as good.
But I agree, the Celtics rolled over in that one. The Lakers simply wanted it more and that is unacceptible.
Who hit Perk's shoulder?
I don't remember and I just saw another video of Lamar Odom purposefully taking out brandon roy, and we all remember what odom did to Jesus at Staples.
If I remember correctly, it was Odom. And who can forget his senseless tackle of Ray Allen that wasn't even part of a play.
Really?
Again.
What a freakin' thug.
Now I understand why the Cs were ridiculing him so much during the Finals.
