I think if the ball would have bounced in our favor on one or two possessions, the outcome could have been different. Unfortunately, it didn't. They went on and won. That's something that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. That was another key aspect in me wanting to come back here and try and get that taste out of my mouth.

Yup. Sure sounds like Joe Smith wanted to be a Celtic real bad.

I thought the very same thing when I read that....
Hey FCF, you have some competition over on celtics.com. During their live blogs, there is somene who calls herself "floridaceltsgurl"
Can you imagine the nerve??!!
So I take it his claims on wanting to play in Boston meant coming to play tonight's game in a Cavs uniform? I can't believe the Celtics could have waited for him and be looking at an empty roster spot right now.
Ha ha!
Good one, Anon.
Best line on my blog this year!
Hmmmmm that definitely wasn't me. Copyright infringement. Who'd a thunk it. Another female Celts fan in Florida LOL
Good one Anonymous! After reading that quote, I wouldn't put it past him to try to get rid of that bad taste by telling the Celtics he wanted to sign with them, having them pass on Moore and then be left empty handed while he chuckles and signs with the Cavs after all.
I for one am very glad that we signed Moore. Aside from all this, I think he is a better fit for what our needs were.
