And Gabe Pruitt had his strongest showing of the week on Friday, dishing out nine assists. Pruitt was well aware that Boston coach and Orlando resident Doc Rivers was in the stands on Friday and he was anxious to show him that he could be a competent point guard behind Rajon Rondo. He solved his turnovers from early in the week and showed flashes of being a dynamic playmaker.
