The Boston Celtics 2008 second round draft pick Semih Erden has yet to play in an NBA game, but he has already defeated one of the Los Angeles Lakers. On Saturday he helped Turkey defeat Pau Gasol and the Spanish team in the EuroBasket 2009 Group F qualifying round.

I love it! Is Gasoft crying there? Here he thought he'd at least have an easy time in Europe but noooooo, here comes another big Celtics center to ruin his fun in the paint. Tee hee!
I think he is crying. Almost as good as that picture of him with his hands over his eyes and kg pumping his fist in the background.
