It's the NBA expansion draft featuring the league's new franchises, the Vancouver Grizzlies and Toronto Raptors. Toronto is expected to take Chicago guard B.J. Armstrong with the first pick. The big question is what Toronto will do with Armstrong? Charlotte has offered the 22nd pick in Wednesday's college draft and forward Darrin Hancock for Armstrong. Washington has discussed swapping its fourth pick for the Raptors' seventh pick Wednesday and Armstrong. Toronto then would select Chicago prep star Kevin Garnett with the fourth pick.

This is especially funny to me since I spent two years living in "Tdot".
They are passionate about their Raptors - not very realistic, but certainly passionate.
For example, right now, they are thinking Bellinelli is the next Ginobili, Amir Johnson will be a solid rotation guy, and they are fourth best team in the East.
Someone forgot to tell them you have play some defense to win games.
That's pretty funny. I've heard a lot about the raptors and the wiz being right behind the top three. You never know. But right now I'm not buying.
