Starters Showing Signs of Life

That's the most interest and energy I've seen the starters start a game with in some time. Better yet, after they built a lead and the bench held it, the starters came back in with the same sense of purpose. Always remember, though, the quality of the team we are playing and the time of year. Fortunately, we have some more interesting opponents coming up.

Not too many Celtics bloggers are taking last night's game seriously. Fine. The point I was trying to make in this post is that the Celtics starters TOOK THE GAME SERIOUSLY. If we want to suspend reality and believe this is a championship team, then we need to see more from the starters.

So on that one point, last night's win cannot be totally dismissed.

i agree lex, last night seemed like a celtic green well oiled machine, and i like the fact rajon was more focused on getting everyone involved. I think that with some focus and a sprinkling of ubuntu, they can show everyone a thing or two with this upcoming strech.

But, as ever, it's gonna start on the defensive end.
