Bird's rebounding was also amazing. When I heard Sully talk about watching the trajectory of the ball to know where it would come off I got excited because that's what Bird used to say as well.
Loved them talking over those commercials. At first it was like what? then I realized they were doing radio.... Duh!

We knew the ball was going to Bird. They knew the ball was going to Bird. Didn't matter. Now that's the definition of clutch. I sure miss Larry.
Back before the league was politically correct we had the Bullets. Good times.
