Curtis Rowe even had a good game for Detroit. You can see why Red may have thought he'd contribute.
Just got to the part in ML Carr's book where he talks about Bad News Barnes being the most talented teammate he ever played with. So sad when talent gets overwhelmed by off court and attitude issues.
Interesting. I know next to nothing about Marvin Barnes -- that the Barnes, right?
yep, that Barnes. They were teammates in the ABA in ML's rookie year and ML said in the book that 20 rebound 40 point nights were a regular occurrence for him.
