Boston's Mark Acres, who had gone 4 for 15 from the line during a 10-game stretch, has gone 11 for 13 in his last two games.
Acres represents a major improvement over Greg Kite; nobody can possibly question that. But while Acres can garbage it up
nicely inside on occasion, he's not yet a guy you'd go to, or rely on, for some points off the bench. Fred Roberts? If you're
running, he's fine. Otherwise, you might wait a long time for something to happen. Darren Daye? A good one-on-one player, but
until he learns the plays he's a minus far too often. Anyway, we're talking about big people, not medium-sized people.
