This was supposed to be a night for high fives, tomahawk dunks, behind- the-back stylin' and curtain calls. The Celtics were playing at home against the team with the NBA's worst record.
But the Cleveland Cavaliers gave Boston everything it could handle and the Celtics, who trailed most of the night, didn't nail down the victory until Robert Parish followed up his own shot with eight seconds left to set the final score at 120-116.
