Having been outperformed by Chris Paul, Rajon Rondo has now outplayed two of the other so-called elite point guards in head-to-head matchups, Deron Williams and Derrick Rose. Personally, I wouldn't even put Rose in an elite category, as its much too early to be making those judgments. But the national punditry seems to have already made that judgment.

Rondo just gave those folks something to think about.
