Hey gang,

I don't really want to go into specfics, but let's just say the tentacles of the economic downturn are inching closer to home. This is complicating many areas of my life, including the physical space housing the computer on which I blog. So with some regret, I'm gonna have to take a leave of absence for an undetermined amount of time.

I'm hopeful that I won't be gone long. But it could easily extend into June and beyond. It's been real getting to know you all, and some day I hope to return to what has become a creative release for one of my life's passions.

As always, Go Green.

Sad to hear it Lex. Particularly enjoyed your Lakers coverage in purple...you definetly bring an angle that is not replicated or represented anywhere in your rivalry coverage.

I'm sad to hear it. You're one of my favorite Celtic bloggers, if not the favorite. I hope everything's going okay for you.

This one of my favorite Celtics blogs and I'm sad to see you leave. Its selfish of me to want you to stay so I can come read your blog daily :(
Hopefully you'll be back in time to celebrate banner 18. I pray everything goes well with you I wish you the best.

Lex, I am really sad to hear this because you are definitely at the top of my favorites (and I check them ALL out)

Hoping that things get settled for you and that you will be back quicker than expected (along with all the injured Celtics). I'll really miss your posts.

I hear you on the ecomomic downturns. I recently had to start back to tutoring and that has cut my own time down for blogging and following the blogs. So I completely understand.

Wishing you the best and looking forward to celebrating Banner 18 with you in June. If you get a chance, give me a shout once in a while on LOY's Place.

Lex,

even if I never posted comments on your blogs, I appreciated them.
I am a Celtics historian and finding a place where I could go back to the "Good Ole Times" was like finding an oasis in a desert.
I hope you'll solve your problems - that's the main priority of course - and then eventually you'll come back

When trying to gain riches it is usually a sensible plan to start a savings or investing plan as soon in life as possible. But don't fear if you have not started saving your capital until later on in life. With honest work, that is researching the best investment vehicles for your cash you can slowly but surely increase your funds so that it measures to a big amount by the time you wish to retire. Scout out all of the applicable asset classes from stocks to real estate as investments for your money. A smartly diversified portfolio of investments in various asset classes may make your money enlarge throughout the years.
