YAY Lex is Back!

Maybe we can just blog in the comments section. These games are really pathetic. It's like watching Paul Westhead and the Denver Nuggets play basketball in Celtics jerseys. I really struggle to get through 4 quarters. So any time y'all are down you can just come here, and it will always be sunny and 82 degrees, just like on 6/17/2008. PJ and Pose will still be wearin' da green, and Kobe will be getting rejected and dunked on. The Zen Mistress will be forever stuck at 9 titles.

Does it get any better?

Last night's Celtics team I recognized. Paul Westhead and the nuggets impersonators from game 1 must have taken a break. Even starbury contributed. Is Rondo the best point guard in the NBA?

well if not the best in the top4 for sure... and the other 3 dont play in the west, nor have much chances to go past first round...

1111!

What's going on?

I got into this heated discussion the other day with someone on a different blog. They got mad at me for criticizing the Celtics. Come on. The green played like crap the first two games and deserved to be critisized. In fact, they could easily have been down 2-0. The Celtics need to play Celtics basketball if they want to keep their fan base excited and involved. Let's hope last night was an official start to playing celtics basketball in the playoffs.

here is ok, what about you?

I rarely blame the player or front office you know. I almost never panic, i know for sure that coach and staff are doing their best and that this group of player is good, mentally strong and with the right mindset. I mean, sometime shit happen and these player still manage to squeeze a win even if they probably deserve to lost both as you rightly said...

That said I really think that the biggest obstacle to repeat (if nobody else get hurt) is David Stern: NBA badly want a Lebrown-Kobe finals.
Sorry for my conspiracy theory, but I really think the only reason KG still have not surgey is to boost Boston appeals TV-wise: imagine, series with Cavs even, they let out the breaking news that KG is ready to play in the Final...

It depends on what celtics team shows up. If we see last night's team 70% of the time, we have a chance. If we see the Paul Westhead bunch, they'll get clobbered at some point. Is it too late to sign Pollard to replace Powe? :)

One more day and we get to find out if game 3 is a sign of things to come or an aberration.

How bout them Bruins and Red Sox?

The Celtics bench has now played 11 quarters over the last two games and scored 16 points.

now that Boston is over i just wish LeBrown will win it all this year... NBA will have what they want (Kobe-LBJ) and next year if healty we'll win again.

Good Stuff Lex! Good to see you! I had to take some time off and slow down a bit too but will be posting stuff again hopefully.

Celtics ran out of gas. The injuries and lack of depth just were too much to overcome. We'll get em next year.

I'm pulling for a Denver/Magic finals. I'd love to watch all those Kobe and Lebron commercials while both sit at home. I hate the Lakers with a passion and want them out. I am getting not to like the Cavs either. Too much ego there.
