It's been about a month since Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom began dating. But, two sources confirm to PEOPLE, the couple plan to marry, and are currently planning their wedding.

Former NBA star and current ESPN analyst Jalen Rose, a good friend of Odom's, also seems shocked by the news."If he's happy, I'm happy," Rose says, adding that he has never met Kardashian or talked with Odom about her. Lakers guard Jordan Farmer seems equally taken aback by the news of Odom's pending nuptials. "I've only heard just what you have," he says.

The exception to your conjecture is Perk. He just got married and I can guarantee he won't be soft. But then again, he has been living with Vanity, who was his high school sweetheart, for years now so it really doesn't change things that much. However, players that tend to be soft in the first place are more susceptible to the female wiles to make them softer. Especially when they rush to the altar after only a couple months. Just wait till all the divorce talk starts up around playoff time.
