If Brandon Bass were Dennis Rodman in his prime, or anytime in his NBA career, really, I wouldn't be writing this post.
But as the cliche goes, rebounding wins championships, and when your best and most consistent rebounder is your starting point guard, you're in trouble, at least once the playoffs start. Think game 7 of the 2010 NBA Finals.
Meanwhile, I'm not sure that our "smalls" are talented enough to overcome the most talented "smalls" on the best teams in the East, especially in the context of a seven-game playoff series.
So while the Celtics have put together a nice little run, the concerns I have expressed about this team over the course of the last four months remain.
