When asked how many minutes he expected Green to play this season, Celtics coach Doc Rivers said, "I don't think we can get him enough. He needs to be on the floor a lot and we need to figure out a way of getting him as many minutes as possible.
"If we win a championship this year, it's because Jeff Green had a lot to do with it."
Yep, Jeff has a chip as do several others. You can never underestimate the power of a near death experience either. Green will be huge for us this season.
That's some scar. I have a couple that are longer though.

I think I mentioned I just traveled to your home state on biz.
Just about got run over by a car, even though I was cross in a walk with a signal in my favor.
Car came to a screeching halt on a curb, with my thumb nail stuck in the door.
So I almost had a very long scar of my own . . .
