Charlotte has offered the 22nd pick in Wednesday's college draft and forward Darrin Hancock for BJ Armstrong. Washington has discussed swapping its fourth pick for the Raptors' seventh pick Wednesday for Armstrong. Toronto then would select Chicago prep star Kevin Garnett with the fourth pick.
