Now I don't want to gloat (or, to quote Gasoft, maybe I do), but the Lakers gave it the good old college try. Jordan Farmar, who had been feuding with Coach Jackzen, played well in the first half, posting 10 points on 4-4 shooting. Unfortunately for the Lakers, he scored only two points the rest of the way. Andrew Bynum? Four points, six rebounds in 27 minutes.

There is no doubt that there is trouble in Lakerland. They simply don't have players who are willing to check their egos at the door and play team ball. But then again, their leader is one of the biggest egomaniacs (not to mention a rapist) in the league.
