This Isn't Football

And an NBA point guard isn't comparable to an NFL tackle. To see how much of a difference ten days and two players can make, Frank Dell'Apa of the Boston Globe observes:

For the sendoff game before their last road trip, the Celtics' bench was occupied by Tony Allen, Sam Cassell, Patrick O'Bryant, Gabe Pruitt, and Brian Scalabrine.

Now once Garnett gets back, the second unit will be comprised of Marbury, Moore, House, Davis/Powe/Scalabrine, and Tony Allen. Just two players were added, but they made a world of difference to this team's depth.
