Celtics Try to Avoid Being Swept by the Clips

The only thing worse than losing to the Clippers once is losing to them twice. Boston already suffered the first humiliation on the road earlier in the season. Although the Celtics play Bill Walton's old team at home this evening, the Gahden has not been a particularly friendly place for the green to play this year.

If tonight's game is close, I will count it as a defeat. After tonight, the Celtics play the Orlando Magic, the Atlanta Hawks, and the Los Angles Lakers. The Celtics need to kick off this stretch with a convincing win.

Vegas appears to agree. The oddsmakers have the C's favored by 11.5.
