In truth, Garnett doesn’t have the chops to be a team’s franchise player as his failings in the clutch are too innumerable to count. As a support player, he’s one of the best ever.

I've addressed this topic before. So I'll just tweet here. Game 1, 2008 NBA Finals, waning moments. Who iced the game with a put-back slam? Seemed pretty clutch to me. Next: supposedly KG isn't clutch because he didn't play well during games 3 & 5 of the Finals (ie., the losses). Please, someone go back and review Paul Pierce's numbers. He didn't play all that great either. In fact, he coughed up the ball to Kobe, letting the L's clinch game 5. Yet Paul was series MVP despite the two lesser performances, and Paul is considered a premiere clutch player.
Funny, huh?
